1、銅鍍層的(de)性(xing)質及用途:
銅鍍(du)層呈美麗的玫瑰色(se),性(xing)質(zhi)柔軟,富有(you)延展性(xing),易于拋(pao)光,并具(ju)有(you)良(liang)好的導熱性(xing)和導電性(xing)。但(dan)它(ta)在(zai)空氣(qi)中易于氧化,從而迅速失(shi)去光澤,因而不適合(he)作為防(fang)護—裝飾(shi)性(xing)鍍(du)層的“表”層。

由(you)于鎳(nie)(nie)鍍層(ceng)的(de)孔隙率較高(gao),只有當鍍層(ceng)的(de)厚度在25μm以上時才是無孔的(de),因此一(yi)般不用鎳(nie)(nie)鍍層(ceng)作(zuo)為防護性(xing)鍍層(ceng)。
